We take a lot of care to make sure our cars are in the best working order, however, like any machine, there can be problems - we will always let you know as soon as we can if there is an issue. We'll always provide an alternative vehicle to make sure the rest of the day continues without problems. 

Sadly we have no way of controlling the weather, but we will provide umbrellas to keep everyone as dry as possible!

No, as we like to keep our cars in the best condition possible we don't allow any smoking or vaping 

We will get as close to the collection/drop-off points as possible, bearing in mind the safety of our passengers, if there any particular problems with parking, please let us know when booking

We will typically take the most direct route, however, as long as we know beforehand, we're happy to take an alternative route as long as it is safe, 

reasonable and lawful!

The age and type of vehicles do not allow for car seats/boosters to be safely used, therefore we regret we cannot carry children, unless they can be safely restrained using the standard fitted seatbelts
